There is a lot to see and we only touched a very little of it but it was magnificent! Having someone else do the driving was great & the driver could not have been better; *Personal information removed by Feefo* was also very cordial and helpful! The Tour director was knowledgeable & kept us well informed as to how our day & days would unfold. Insight most certainly did this trip right!!!

Excellent service. I changed my departure city without any problems. Easy to work with. Our guide was awesome. Always finding ways to make our requests come true. What an awesome trip this is. Each day the scenery and activities were better than the ones before. Such beauty and majesty this part of our country is. Our guide was so knowledgeable about what we were doing and seeing and shared that knowledge in a way that was easily understood and helped to make our trip even better. Accomadations were delightful and unique at times. I would highly recommend this trip and especially our guide, *Personal information removed by Feefo*. He really did live up to his name and helped the group to be "smileys" too.

Great venues, chance to see gorgeous National wonders, native wild life, country you probably never uncover on your own. We had a phenomenal guide, *Personal information removed by Feefo*.

Our tour director, *Personal details removed by Feefo* was very knowledgeable. He kept us moving, but gave us plenty of time at each place and guided us to the best views. He added in many extras as well. *Personal details removed by Feefo* our driver, was amazing. He made sure we rode in style. Their attention to detail was amazing. They met the needs of a large and diverse group without missing a beat. The pace of the trip was amazing. So much packed into 2 weeks. Amazing experiences at Grand Canyon, Bryce, Zion, Grand Tetons, Yellowstone, Devils Tower, Badlands, Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse and so much in between. We saw so much and also learned a lot about the Indigenous people and culture.

Great travel director (*Personal information removed by Feefo*), and bus driver (*Personal information removed by Feefo*) both made the trip more enjoyable., and went the extra mile. Seat rotation daily was a wonderful idea. The bus was very roomy and comfortable, business class. There were regular comfort stops which gave everyone a chance to stand and stretch during the longer drives. The lodging was well-chosen, the dining was good. Everyone kept an eye out for wildlife, and we weren't disappointed. The trip was informational, and magnified the beauty of our country's treasures. I saw everything I'd hoped to see, and so much more. The Face to Face at Crazy Horse was awesome! The Antelope Canyon tour, and Snake River floats were optional, and we enjoyed both. We saw a lot in so little time. If you are looking to see highlights of each park, this is the trip to choose.

Terrible tour director. Too much time on the bus.
10/30/2024
It's a lot of time on a bus.
10/29/2024
Our bus driver, Mike, was a rock star! Our tour director suffered from not providing enough detail about upcoming activities or historical background around the park or monument we were seeing. She also was suffering from a mobility issue with an upcoming knee replacement. We did get to each location without issue and all luggage was accounted for. It was a well organized tour of many of the significant National Parks in AZ, Utah, Wyoming and South Dakota. Each was beautiful in its own way. Having Insight provided the transportation and lodging within many of the parks was phenomenal.
10/29/2024
We enjoyed all the different parks and destinations which were visited. We enjoyed meeting the fellow travelers and sharing our experiences.

Changes in intinerary, very weak tour guide. Itinerary was great. Not sure Insight was the best tour operator.
