Itinerary
Day 1: Kathmandu
Day 2: Kathmandu/Chamje
Day 3: Chamje/Bagarchhāp
For almost 2 weeks, we immerse ourselves into the spectacular mountain wilderness of the Annapurna Range. At 8,091m (26,545ft) Annapurna 1 is one of the highest mountains in the world. Its surrounding sister mountains are equally imposing, creating magnificent panoramas from any view point. Throughout the trek we come across isolated mountain communities, each observing different ancestral customs and traditions, resulting in not only a visually superb expedition but also a culturally rich one. Amid the rugged mountain scenery, we meet warm and welcoming locals herding yaks and goats on grassy pastures, and visit their monasteries and temples. Along the way, we see waterfalls of melted snow, cross icy rivers, broad plains, and high mountain passes and reward ourselves with a soak in natural hot springs (you've earned this!). The trekking is challenging, averaging 6-7 hrs a day, often at high altitudes. The highest point we reach, occurring on Day 9, is the 5,416m (17,769ft) Thorung Pass.
Given the dangers of altitude sickness, it is imperative that we take at least 3 days to ascend to this height. A couple of days are also allowed for rest and acclimatisation.
Day 4: Bagarchhāp/Chame
Day 5: Chame/Pisang
Day 6: Pisang/Manang
Day 7: Manang
Day 8: Manang/Yakkharka
Day 9: Yakkharka/Thorong Phedi
Day 10: Thorong Phedi/Muktināth
Day 11: Muktināth/Ghasa
Day 12: Ghasa/Narchyang
Day 13: Narchyang/Sikha
Day 14: Sikha/Ghorepani
Day 15: Ghorepani/Ramghai
Day 16: Ramghai/Pokhara
Day 17: Pokhara/Kathmandu
We travel back to Kathmandu where the rest of the day is free for shopping, sightseeing, or relaxing in one of the many rooftop cafés.

Ashok! Incredible guide, really made the trip

We found the experience to be seamless and when facing any obstacles/pressure the experience of the tour CEO and guides showed. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience. Personally this is my second time using G in Nepal and love using G.

The trip was extremely well run and despite weather conditions causing the itinerary to change our guide, with the help of head office were able to create a new itinerary so that we did not miss out on too much. I liked the small group sizes and all the staff (guide, assistant guides and sherpas) were INCREDIBLE! I have also found G Adventures to be really helpful throughout the entire booking process

This tour was probably the most amazing holiday I've ever taken! Bikram & Meg as well as the entire porter team including BK, Harri, Pemba, and everyone else were all so amazing the entire trip.

well organized, good reputation, good personal experience

Really great guides and porters. Looked after us well
12/31/2023
The CEO Bikram, Assistant guide Meg looked after us extremely well and always ensured we were feeling healthy, had drinks, food, were approachable in asking questions whether information regarding the trek or about the region they were knowledgeable and happy to help. The porters were fantastic and it was clear that they were all extremely proud of their jobs and of their country. The only change I would suggest would be changing accommodation from the Eureka Inn (after the Thorong La Pass) due to the hotel not functioning properly (toilets frozen only one squat toilet that was not usable). This however was only a minor problem within the scope of the trip. I would highly recommend G Adventures to use and I will look at using you again.

Just really on top of everything I guess

he Annapurna Circuit trip by G Adventures was very professionally run at all levels. This includes the trip itself, but also all the interactions I had with G Adventures staff during phone calls to book and prepare for the trip as well as the web site. The actual trip was very well run with the guide (Sujan) looking out for our health and making the trip enjoyable by explaining about Nepal and the area.

The trek was amazing AND it was actually more amazing than I ever thought it would be. Everything I experienced was brilliant but the thing that made it what it was, was our guide Susan. He was very knowledgeable, organized and fun. He made the whole group come together with ease and assisted everyone in every way he could. He is one of the most incredible guide I have experienced whilst travelling and he is just a wonderful person. Thank you so much for appointing Susan as the guide for this trip.

The G Adventures team on this trek was fantastic I had an excellent time. The main guide was so knowledgeable and funny and the assistant guide was the most diligent worker I have ever seen. Bibekn keep checking on us as we were walking, he would even kick stones out of the way as we were walking to ensure our comfort and safety it was excellent. He made sure we all got our food in a timely manner, remembered everyone's names instantly and took the job so seriously putting his heart and soul into the work. I could not rate him highly enough and he deserves praise for his efforts on the trip. The sherpas were also so lovely and I also enjoyed how we supported local teahouses and teahouses run by women.

The experience provided by G was exceptional - this is a trip I'll never forget. I feel it's important to state that I believe our CEO, guide and porters made it the amazing trip it was, as well as the incredible country that Nepal is!
