Great tour guides that are very knowledgeable and know where to take you for the best spots.

The 8 is awarded thanks to the tour guides and overall travel package included taking the stress away from organising and travelling myself. It felt fairly well structured for the most part and gave a good insight to the countries visited. However 2 points have been deducted this is due to a few occasions where the optional tours felt like poor value. I am happy to elaborate on these if necessary. It is good that most of the activities were optional as to have that choice, as some days I felt knackered and appreciated the opportunity to rest if desired. But with the amount of Optional Activities on the trip which cost more, it does make me wonder what the initial cost of the trip all goes on towards.

The itinerary was action-packed and also took us off the beaten track. The homestays and National Park visits were my favourite parts. Also, the trips out of the cities were great to have because they would have been harder to get to had I been doing the trip solo.

I've had some great experiences and some not so great. I think the?basix? trips for 18-39 are a lot more hit or miss.
