Belgium, Holland and Luxembourg Tour. Both the travel director Erik and the driver Rudy were excellent. The travel director made sure everything ran on time and was very attentive to the needs of individual travelers. He made sure to tell us about local specialties and point out the gorgeous tulip fields as we were driving on the highway. The driver managed very tight spaces and heavy traffic perfectly. He also made sure our luggage was properly transported to and from each hotel. The trip was packed with historical, cultural and fun sites and experiences. While the highlight was the visit to see the flowers at Keukenhof, the entire trip was really interesting and varied. I did all of the optional which added a lot to the basic itinerary. The visit to Flander's Field, the artisan chocolate shop tour and the side trip to Trier were especially great. Bruges, Ghent and Antwerp in Belgium were beautiful historical cities. The Belgium waffles are amazing. Amsterdam and Delft were very interesting as well in Holland.

Needs were anticipated & the outcomes were positive. The Coach was very comfortable- moving 2 seats a day was brilliant. Currently on a Viking River cruise, but I miss my coach ride. Just perfect. I loved the local dairy farm dinner with a Dutch family!!

Benelux at its best! Great to have all the bases covered and optional tours if you want. Many sites seen and many miles covered on this fantastic tour. Almost perfect! There were a few hiccups like I had to go back and forth with the telephone representatives because not one person fully explained about the travel insurance and the departure airport transfer service. By paying in full right at the start I would have expected that every detail has been covered. The excursions themselves were educational and fun, but sometimes it felt like the tour director was at times overwhelmed. If I could relive the trip, I'd just tweak it a little bit so that our tour director was calmer, more patient, and more organized. I've been to Antwerp & Brugge (Belgium), Amsterdam & Kinder Dijk (Netherlands), and Luxembourg, 29 long years ago. So, doing this trip with my daughter made everything feel like a first time. Well, it mostly was because this trip brought us to many other cities. I especially loved the "extra country" tour when we made a stop at Trier in Germany. Despite the feeling that European countries have vast similarities (the old-worldliness, the huge churches, etc.), every single place has a specific "character flavor" endemic to its history. We really had a great time exploring each of them together.

Great tour in every way. In the few times I had to contact Trafalgar concerning the trip, I always received excellent customer service. Everything on the tour was well organized. I loved everything about this tour. We saw so many places and had such great experiences in all three countries. I did all of the optional and feel they really made my tour even better. If I had one suggestion, I think an additional half hour in Bastogne would be nice. Our coach driver, *Personal details removed by Feefo* . , was phenomenal. I feel that you get so much value for the money paid for the tour and I’d highly recommend it to anyone considering going to the Benelux countries.

Questions answered along the way were helpful in the moment. It was the right itinerary to get the highlights of the 3 lovely countries that we visited. The pace between stops was perfectly timed.
