Day 1: Rio de Janeiro

Welcome to Rio! Check-in, unpack your bags and get ready for the trip of a lifetime. Your group will meet in the evening, get ready for your first night on the town in Rio!

Day 2: Rio de Janeiro

Exploring Rio!
We're up and out exploring today, we'll tick off, Christ the Redeemer, Sugarloaf Mountain and even experience a Samba Class!

Day 3: Rio de Janeiro

Favelas and Copacobana Beach

Today we're exploring more of Rio and learning about the Flavelas that have become a significant part of the cities culture. After this we'll head over the Copacobana beach and spend the afternoon playing beach games, soaking in the rays!

Day 4: Rio de Janeiro/Ilha Grande

Ilha Grande exploring and Paddleboarding

We're off to Ilha Grande today! We'll spend the morning travelling over to the island. When we arrive we'll have a few hours to chill before heading out for some paddleboarding.

Day 5: Ilha Grande

Lopes Mendez Beach Day

Today we're jumping over to Lopes Mendez for a day of swimming, beach chilling and exploring! We'll also wander over to Praia do Pouso, another BEAUTIFUL Brazillian beach.

Day 6: Ilha Grande/Paraty

Paraty's charm and cachaca tasting

This morning we are travelling to Paraty! We'll arrive around midday and the rest of the day is yours to do as you please. In the late afternoon, we'll meet at the hotel and head out for a walking tour to find out more about the local area! We'll also stop for a tasting of the local spirit cachaca.

Day 7: Paraty

Island Hopping Boat Trip

We'll have a slow morning before being picked up and taken on the beach-hopping boat trip of dreams. We've got a private boat and we'll visit Praia Vermelha, Praia da Lula, Ilha Comprida and Lagoa Azul throughout the day.

Day 8: Paraty/São Paulo

Sao Paulo!

Today we are travelling to Sao Paulo! We'll arrive in the late afternoon and get ready for one final night as a group.

Meals

When meals are not included, your tour leader (where available) will be happy to help with restaurant recommendations, bookings, and directions. Please let us know if you have any dietary needs or preferences. We willdo our best to accommodate these, though we cannot guarantee that every request can be met.

Luggage

You are responsible for your personal belongings throughout the tour. You will need to carry your own bags between the vehicle and your hotel room. Drivers will assist with loading and unloading luggage from the vehicle.

Travellers requiring wheelchair access should contact our sales and service team, who can make enquiries on your behalf.

Fitness Level

This tour requires an Average level of fitness. Activities are paced gently and include leisure time. You may be expected to join guided walks of up to one hour, navigate short stairways and mild inclines, and manage your own luggage. You should also be able to board and exit all transport without assistance.
