A pleasant introduction to Eastern Europe.

Nice tour though the usual focus on local culture and community was weaker then what I experienced on previous tours.
06/27/2024
I continue to be very happy with the G Adventures "style" of travel and being able to share it with like-minded people. Good combinations of places to see, things to do, history to learn and good food & fun.

It was good, we are older experienced travellers and enjoyed it.

The highlights were the small medieval towns and castles. Group dinners were underwhelming and pricey. CEO was joyful. Would appreciate more knowledge of areas. Local guides were strong. Some transport was subpar. Accommodations were very good.

I am more than happy with my experience. I had a wonderful time, learned a lot and made some really wonderful friends.

I had an excellent experience! This was my first G Adventures so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was very pleasantly surprised.

This was a Life-changing adventure. Ventured out on my own as a Solo traveler, and came back with a bunch of friends and memories to last a lifetime. This was an incredible experience and I am grateful to have done it.

Fantastic first trip with G Adventures as a solo traveler, was very lucky to have a fantastic CEO and lovely people in the group from all across the world. Looking forward to booking another trip for sure!

Really enjoyed this trip. Having Alina as the guide made România very exciting as she is clearly passionate about her home country.
05/27/2024
I enjoyed this trip, it has been on my bucket list for awhile. I thought group was to large 17 people instead of the usual 12. The best part of the trip was Romania where this is where we were the longest. We got to really enjoy the county.

I enjoyed the sites and the cities that we stopped in (especially the winery, as the host was lovely), but the "adventure" part of the trip was lacking. But I have always enjoyed G Adventures' trips and will continue to book with them

Our journey through Eastern Europe was truly exceptional! Every stop we made, from the charming local spots to the private vehicle experiences, left a lasting impression. The accommodations were top-notch, and the culinary experiences were nothing short.

This itinerary has achieved what I would like to see

The guide Vlad and selection of places that we visited was perfectly matched with his knowledge and enthusiasim. The activity level gave me the much needed exercise but not over done either. Can't wait to book my next adventure!
10/25/2023
I had a great time on my first G adventures trip. We were able to see a lot of the Countries we visited and stayed in some locations that I personally would not have thought of such as the winery in Romania and the small hotel in Bulgaria.
