Lack of detailed itinerary. First hotel in Vietnam had no welcome board and the hotel front desk had no idea what I was talking about when asked.

Excellent experience. Lu, CEO , for Vietnam and Cambodia absolutely incredible. Made the vacation magical in every way. Knowledgeable and kind and always available. A truly wonderful person Ronny Boy for Thailand, fantastic. So kind and helpful. Wonderful in every way

Overall I had a great experience both CEOs and groups - I'm marking down because the choice of hotels provided! I paid £1700 and hotels were cheapest and basic! South East Asian is known for cheap cost you provided a better standard sane with transport

WE enjoyed the trip a lot, but the itinerary may not appeal to all our friends. It was also very hot and humid. Not everyone likes that...

I have been happy with all my G Adventures trips. The quality of service is always excellent.

Our experience with the guide Channy is the primary reason. He helped guide us through the adventure and even when my parents lost their passports, he bent over backwards to try and help.

Great tour but too much time spent on buses.

I like the model of travel, using local and sustainable resources. I like being a traveler not a tourist

The tour was very well organized

The locations and activities are well considered and enjoyable but the CEOs really make the difference. Dang and Sita did their utmost to ensure that we knew what was happening and guided us through all the transition smoothly and seamlessly. They Were always available to answer questions and fine ways to make the experience that much better.

Dara 'Ra' Rin, our CEO and the amount of activities made available.

it's worth it.

Our first tour guide, Huy Tran, was outstanding. His genuine desire to help make our trip the best it could be shone through in all he did. He was personable, kind, empathetic, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. I learned so much about Vietnam and Cambodia from both Huy and the local guides used at Angkor Wat and The Killing Fields.

I love the quality of the tour for the price.
07/28/2023
There is definite value and G AD reminded me a lot of Dragoman, with whom I used to travel with. A large part of my positive experience was due to Huy Tran, My CEO for the Vietnam, Cambodia Trip. Some things could be improved on, but overall I was happy with my holiday.
07/21/2023
The setup of each tour is very well done. The CEOs are great at providing suggestions and for dealing with any issues that rise up.

The accommodations on the island part of the trip did not meet what I believed to be the classic level. I understand on the first island why, since so remote and no other options, but on the the other two islands, there were clearly better resorts or better rooms available where we said, but we were in the rooms that were falling apart, where the air only marginally worked, or where there few windows. The southeast is cheap in terms of hotels, so was it really necessary to stay in the cheapest resorts in the cheapest rooms? Is was our first G Adventures tour and we are now reluctant to travel again with you. Others on our Island tour who had travelled with G Adventures before also expressed to us during the tour that they thought the hotels were not to classic level, maybe under 40.

For the first part of the the journey (classic Cambodia and Vietnam - ABSOLUTELY would recommend) I would discourage anyone from going on G Adventures Thai islands - this tour should not have gone ahead, everything was cancelled, I have no clue where the money went to?????
