Gema has been not only an incredibly insightful tour guide but has provided help and advice for even the most bespoke questions. Her enthusiasm and drive to ensure all on the tour have an outstanding experience is truly remarkable! I have done several Tru tours previously, but Gema has definitely been a stand out tour guide, which has made an already amazing tour even better! Her ability to chorale all in the group and guide them on the best Europe experience really made the tour as memorable as it could be.

Gema was so friendly and welcoming on the tour. She always had time for recommendations or a lovely friendly chat. She was not only a tour guide, but a friend. Gema always had time for each member of the team, and made it clear if we needed anything we could come and talk to her. She was always available by phone and her bubbly smile and laugh was an amazing addition to the tour.
