When meals are not included, your tour leader (where available) will be happy to help with restaurant recommendations, bookings, and directions. Please let us know if you have any dietary needs or preferences. We willdo our best to accommodate these, though we cannot guarantee that every request can be met.
You are responsible for your personal belongings throughout the tour. You will need to carry your own bags between the vehicle and your hotel room. Drivers will assist with loading and unloading luggage from the vehicle.
Travellers requiring wheelchair access should contact our sales and service team, who can make enquiries on your behalf.
This tour requires an Average level of fitness. Activities are paced gently and include leisure time. You may be expected to join guided walks of up to one hour, navigate short stairways and mild inclines, and manage your own luggage. You should also be able to board and exit all transport without assistance.
Travellers are expected to be self-sufficient and capable of handling all aspects of their journey. Please discuss your circumstances and support needs with your booking agent to confirm this trip is suitable.

I toured with Tess on a Europe by rail trip from London to Prague. It was truly an amazing experience. The organization was great she updated us everyday on the plans, gave us intros for every country, made sure we were never late, and no one was left behind. Tess followed the itinerary to see that we experienced every landmark and activity that was promised. She was adaptive whenever obstacles occurred and consulted with the group to let us know if anything changed to make sure we were okay with them. Her kindness and energy is unmatched. Tess definitely kept all our spirits up and made every moment a cherished memory. Tess wasn’t just a tour guide she became a friend and someone we can all count on. I cannot thank her enough for such a wonderful experience. Until next time thank you Tess!!

Tess was an amazing guide from start to finish of our tour! For such a tiring itinerary, she kept up such great energy and positivity through it all. She really made us feel comfortable and welcome and safe and I would highly recommend a tour that Tess is leading. She made us all feel like friends on a trip, and was such fun through out. Looking forward to seeing her again soon!

Alternatives to walking so much stairs.

Tess never failed to deliver. I would definitely go on another trip with Tess as my guide. Not only did she create a comfortable & fun environment, she also provided us with support & insight in whatever it was we were doing. Whether that was with navigating the chaotic trains or teaching us about the famous landmarks we were visiting. While some things on the itinerary had to change due to unforeseen circumstances, alternative activities were always provided.
Family trips cannot be booked online.
