The tours and guides were amazing. Ayla and Marina were great, they were able to pivot with the weather set up great group activities. The hotels were subpar. The first hotel the bed was so hard I almost left in the middle of the night. They changed my room. Paint peeling and stains all over the hall carpets. Second hotel felt like a hostel not a hotel. Numerous people on the trip had broken shower heads, no lights, broken window. This trip would have been a 10 if the accommodations were nicer. Hard to recommend as I would not send anyone to those hotels.

The itinerary was not ideal - 2 days at the largest island Sao Miguel was not enough. The hotel in Terceira was very bad

G Adventures works hard to take care of the clients and provide unique cultural experiences with like minded travelers, in a community environment while still finding ways to giving back to the local communities.

Advanture, good company, nice places to visit

The hotel experience. I have done several G tours and have never had such a horrible experience. The worst part is they knew it was a bad hotel from prior guests this season but did not change it.

I really liked the program and the tour guides
11/18/2023
First trip, I was expecting a more active holiday than it turned out to be. Additionally, the hotel on the second island was very disappointing, and some of the 'attractions' were rather dull (not sure if that was just because we had to change this around due to the weather)

Always a great experience. The guides are excellent.
