Experience Overview
Travel through South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Tanzania towards Zanzibar on this northbound overland adventure.
Highlights
- Explore national parks by overland truck, mokoro canoe, and 4WD safari vehicles. Spot iconic African wildlife, including hippos, buffalo and lions as you journey through the Serengeti and Chobe – just a few of the many you’ll visit!
- Stay on the shores of Lake Malawi and take in sweeping views of clear blue water and golden-white sand. In your free time, maybe join a snorkelling adventure or simply relax on the beach with a book in hand.
- Protect the wilderness you came to explore by visiting the Khama Rhino Sanctuary, the only place left in Botswana where both black and white rhinos reside.
- Visit a workshop where local women transform snares set by poachers into beautiful jewellery inspired by the African landscape, with proceeds supporting conservation efforts.
- Camp on a remote island in the heart of the Okavango wilderness. As night falls, listen to the sounds of the bush coming alive.
