This was a pretty good trip. It's basic level so don't expect champaign quality on a beer price. There were a couple of things that were not intrepids fault such as the ferry from Akaba to Neuweba being canceled. But it was a pretty good tour overall.

Overall decebt itinerary. Would suggest a more experienced leader for Egypt. Better and cleaner accomodations. Half-day doing the feluccia would be sufficient. Other areas to visit in Egypt that were not included in this itinerary. More optional activities would be nice.

The Intrepid Jordan and Egypt Uncovered trip covers most of the "must see" attractions in both countries. The pace is good and the day at Hurghada was a nice change after days of tombs and temples. Recommend travellers visit Abu Simbel, an optional day-trip from Aswan.

A comprehensive view of Egypt and Jordan. The Egypt leg was great to experience the ancient Egypt and also modern Egypt .

Very unique experience. If you don’t mind a fair bit of culture shock, you’ll enjoy everything this trip has to offer. Only downside was we went during Ramadan, which was limiting for food and nightlife.

The trip to Jordan and Egypt Uncovered was memorable and challenging. Both guides Humas and Sayed were knowledgeable, warm, personable, and professional. For the value, this was definitely a lifetime experience. It was a packed schedule and coming from the Pacific Northwest, USA, trying to catch up with sleep and rest was almost impossible. Don't get me wrong, it was an amazing trip! So many great moments, looking back!

The trip covered everything you need to see and do in both Jordan and Egypt. Our guides Mohammed in Jordan and Sam (Islam) in Egypt vere both excellent in their knowledge and passing it on. Sam especially is a real people person, he connects easily with everyone and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He goes out if his way to ensure a memorable travel experience which I will treasure along with the many photos I took

Sam provided an excellent tour through Egypt. Didn’t stop smiling the whole trip!
12/09/2022
We had excellent guides in Sam and Mohamed who ensured the trip was well run and filled with highlights. Whilst accommodation was basic as expected there were some fantastic views from and locations of the hotels. The trip covered all the main attractions I would want to see in the locations visited and gave me many positive memories for years to come.

Fantastic itinerary for those who want to experience the real Jordan and Egypt, however there’s a few safety and hygiene issues to address.

Jordan and Egypt Uncovered was a. Amazing trip. Both our trip leaders , Mohammad in Jordan and Ahmed in Egypt verte well prepared, organized and super enthusiastic. Both of them were there for all of us trekkers in my group, when we had personal situations. They worked in promoting a good traveling group. I do recommend this 22 days exploring the treasures of Jordan and Egypt ancient civilizations.

Our Jordan guide Faisal and our Egyptian leader Ahmed were amazing. The intrepid leaders and insight made our destinations a more grounded and personal experience with each visit.
02/28/2022
The Egypt/Jordan 15 days basic tour has a lot of things I was looking for: one night sleeper train ride and one night on the Felucca, two different home meal/stays with Bedouin family and at the Nubian village were so much more interesting than just flight/cruise options! Tour leaders Ahmed and Faisal are wonderful! Super friendly, knowledgeable and attentive, I didn’t have to worry about a thing and can just sit back and enjoy the trip to the fullest!

The egypt jordan trip was a great itinerary that gave a little of everything and didnt wear you out on only temples. The homestay and felucca were 100% worth it. Our Egypt guide was fantastic. Some of the accommodations, however, were pretty awful- but were the only downside to the trip.

If you get Ahmed as the egyptian tour guide, you will be blessed. As he is more than only a guide. His efforts are beyond anything you would expect. He is very helpful in any kind, knows a lot about the history of old egypt, is friendly, conscientious, attentive, humorous and works hard to create an environment, where a busy working soul can just relax and only worry about where to memorize all the rich details and stunning views of the visited sites. The trip in general was gorgeous and mindblowing. I loved it a lot. Beyond any doubt one of the best I had done so far.
