Intrepid's Kangaroo Island trip was a wonderful experience in nature. It's a relatively quiet region in villages and on the road which we welcomed. The Island has a diversity of amazing coastal landscapes and abundant animals in the wild if you know where to look as our guide did. We were pleasantly surprised with the array of quality and creative meals restaurants and cafes, particularly breakfasts. All this to the credit of our knowledgeable Intrepid Guide.

Kangaroo Island was stunning. Kevin was an excellent guide and I had the best break from reality I've had in years. Would highly recommend this tour.

A really comprehensive trip of Kangaroo Island. We got a good view of nearly all the island, and saw many things. Well worth doing this trip.

Kangaroo Island is absolutely gorgeous and so tranquil, and our leader Kevin was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and seemed very engaged in the local communities and he clearly loves what he does. If you are a vegetarian, get ready to eat a lot of veggie burgers and vegans may need to bring their own provisions unfortunately though.

Comprehensive tour of Kangaroo Island. Well organised. Well led by our enthusiastic guide, Jess. Such a friendly group of fellow travellers too. A wonderful experience & highly recommended.

Good trip. Scenic and Interesting Island. If a fellow traveller brings Covid to the tour, they will not be asked to test, or leave the Van. You will be stuck for days with them coughing and blowing their nose, in a sealed environment. Said sick person, only advised positive, after the end of the tour. Deliberate selfish behaviour. Intrepid Covid policy is Smoke and Mirrors. Guide will ignore illness. I have seen this guide behaviour on two tours. Maybe it is even Intrepid policy. I think we all suspect this, as a reality, ($), but it was demonstrated on this tour, and I believe half the van tested positive, 1- 2 days after the tour. I know you won’t print this, lol. Just want Intrepid to read it.

Our trip to Kangaroo Island was excellent ! The island is still very natural and has not been overdeveloped for tourism. It was a pleasure & fun to travel in a small group and have a very informative tour guide.

Kangaroo Island was amazing, you could even say remarkable! There was so much to see and do with some many unique industries sharing the island. The flora and fauna were populous, close enough to touch. The included tours were fabulous, and a highlight was the shearing and sheepdog demonstration.

Our Kangaroo Island guide, Pablo, was the best holiday guide we’ve ever had. His knowledge is incredible, tons of personality as well as being a caring, obliging and considerate person.

This tour was such a well organised, comprehensive way to see Kangaroo Island. There's so much to see and do if you enjoy wildlife and scenery, with the sea lions at Seal Bay a real higlight!

Cannot recommend this tour. Intrepid needs to do a lot more work to bring it up to a better standard and for the price charged. Would recommend hiring a car and do it yourself tour. I do recommend visiting the Island which I found to be rugged, quiet, interesting and with friendly people. You must see Seal Bay.

This was a fantastic tour with plenty of opportunities to see the local wildlife and spectacular scenery. We were able to relax and sample the local produce as well swim and discover the different landscapes and features of the island.

A great tour that does justice to everything KI has to offer, and that is a huge amount. Our tour guide Kevin's local knowledge, and love of and for the environment is the icing on the cake and a real asset to Intrepid. So glad I chose this tour a not a brief 1- or 2-day stopover.

We really enjoyed our KI trip. Small, fun group who got on well. Our tour guide Kevin was brilliant - he knew so much about the island and was a fabulous guide who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time.

This tour was well planned, the accommodation was fine and the guide was very knowledgeable and considerate of everyone. One recommendation - provide a small speaker and microphone for the guides. It was difficult or impossible for some of us, especially those toward the back of the van, to hear his comments on the locations as we were travelling.

This tour gives an insight into the unique world of Kangaroo Island and leaves you with a greater appreciation of the fragile balance between human influence and animal survival.

Kangaroo Island is an amazing place to visit, especially as it recovers from the bushfires. This is one of the best trips I've taken, as it had so much diversity in terms of what we saw and did, from animal sanctuaries to geological landmarks to farms. I'm so grateful to have been on this trip, as with having Leonie as our indefatigable guide and my fellow participants who were very kind and generous to each other. Yay KI!
