For me it was all about visiting Machu Picchu, and the tour accomplished this. It was well organized and thoroughly enjoyable. There were some occasions where I had to chase answers to questions, prior to arriving in Peru.

We had a wonderful experience with Gina on G Adventures. The women’s weaving cooperative was one of the coolest places I’ve been, especially as a fiber enthusiast. Machu Picchu was amazing, and Gina’s expert knowledge helped us enjoy it so much more.

The site was worth it since we had great weather. if weather was bad, the 3 days would have been not worth the terrible accommodations.

Once in a lifetime. Machu Pichu and the Incas are extraordinary and we were so lucky to have a knowledgeable guide like Jose Antonio. Having been on several tours in Peru, I can see he was outstanding - a cut above the rest.

Overall it was a great trip but for us the accommodation wasn’t always good and sometimes it was the shower that saved the day.
