Day 1: Dubrovnik/Cavtat
Please try to arrive at the meeting point before 1 pm for an important group meeting where you can meet the Chief Experience Officer (CEO), skipper, and the other group members.
On our Montenegro sailing trip the G Adventures Skipper/CEO will help you make a food kitty, where 500 HRK (Croatian Kuna) per person, per week will be added to the kitty for small food items on board to cover breakfasts, lunches and the odd dinner.
Breakfasts and lunches are prepared by yourself, and most dinners are taken ashore at local restaurants.
Day 2: Cavtat/Herceg Novi
Day 3: Herceg Novi/Budva
Soak up the sun on the many picturesque rocky and sandy beaches of Budva, or explore the Old Town filled with history and monuments.
In the evening take your pick of the many bars and restaurants along the Riviera and enjoy a drink watching the sunset over the crystal blue waters.
Day 4: Budva/Bigovo
Day 5: Bigovo/Kotor
Day 6: Kotor/Tivat
Day 7: Tivat/Dubrovnik
Day 8: Dubrovnik/Adriatic Sea
Spend the morning exploring Dubrovnik and meet back at 4pm for an important group meeting with your new Chief Experience Officer (CEO), skipper, and the other group members. The boat will be departing soon after the arrival meeting.
Day 9-13: Adriatic Sea
Take your time to wander the charming streets of Korčula, a Mediterranean gem rich in history and beauty. Discover a maze of stone alleyways, dotted with churches, monasteries, elegant fountains, and lively piazzas, all wrapped in the island's distinct Venetian flair.
Our 16m (54 ft) nimble yacht is the perfect platform to explore the gorgeous Adriatic islands. Flexibility is key to adapt to local weather conditions, and the skipper will modify the itinerary to our advantage while sailing. Possible stops include: Mljet, Korčula, and Hvar.
Day 14: Adriatic Sea/Trogir
Day 15: Trogir/Split
If you would like extra time in Split after the sailing journey is finished, we recommend booking extra time.

When meals are not included, your tour leader (where available) will be happy to help with restaurant recommendations, bookings, and directions. Please let us know if you have any dietary needs or preferences. We willdo our best to accommodate these, though we cannot guarantee that every request can be met.
You are responsible for your personal belongings throughout the tour. You will need to carry your own bags between the vehicle and your hotel room. Drivers will assist with loading and unloading luggage from the vehicle.
Travellers requiring wheelchair access should contact our sales and service team, who can make enquiries on your behalf.
This tour requires an Average level of fitness. Activities are paced gently and include leisure time. You may be expected to join guided walks of up to one hour, navigate short stairways and mild inclines, and manage your own luggage. You should also be able to board and exit all transport without assistance.
Travellers are expected to be self-sufficient and capable of handling all aspects of their journey. Please discuss your circumstances and support needs with your booking agent to confirm this trip is suitable.

This is my 3rd trip with G Adventures and I really appreciated how consistently everything is organised, planned and up to the standard as described in the itinerary. As a single travel, I have found it the most effective way to join a sailing tour. Moreover, the CEOs are incredibly knowledgeable and generous with their ideas. I always find myself experiencing the country authentically and through a local lens.

Sail Montenegro was as advertised but felt the Croatian portion was misleading from the company?s description not sure I'd like to put my name behind G to friends and family

The Yacht was great and the CEO was excellent but there was definitely a few details that were different from the brief we received when booking the trip to what was on the trip. Other G Adventures have been great and Montenegro was great just things in The Croatian portion were strategically worded which rubbed the wrong way.

I loved sailing and having a place to leave my things (without having to repack every day). The only factor to consider would be the tight spaces in the rooms (which I didn't mind but some might!)

We got to see soo much in such little time. The skipper made great recommendations for optional activities and how to avoid tourist traps. The locations were absolutely Brayan?s I don't feel like I wasted a moment! You get to see more of the locals and the lifestyles here when you travel like this!
