I just returned on 11/14/23 from the Premium Morocco highlights with Essaouira trip. I loved every minute of it. Our guide, Wahid, was funny, knowledgeable and organized and really made the trip. Wahid helped celebrate the birthday of a fellow traveler with a birthday cake - such a nice gesture! The local guides were excellent. We felt safe with our driver Jamal as he negotiated the crazy city traffic and hairpin turns through the high Atlas. The accommodations were a nice mix of colorful riads and hotels. The beds were so comfortable. The posh Widiane Resort was a perfect respite in the middle of the trip. Sitting poolside for an afternoon was heaven. The food was wonderful. My favorite was lunch in a private home and selecting our fresh seafood from the market and having it cooked for us. This trip provides a great overview of Morocco, from the countryside, cities, mountains and the Atlantic Ocean. The Moroccan people were so kind to us throughout the entire trip. I would like to return and explore other parts of the country. I would use Intrepid for any other trip in my future.

Really fantastic trip - would definitely recommend this trip if you aren't looking to go to Merzouga but want to see a good chunk of the country - Bin El-Ouidane resort was fantastic. Also definitely worthwhile adding on the Essaouira portion of the trip.

A fascinating trip with a thoughtful, well organised and highly knowledgeable guide - Fouad Obermyr. Food was great and the other aspects, sights, accomodation and experiences exceeded my expectations. We had an intellectually disabled man in our group and he was really well looked after.

The premium Moroccan tour of 11 days I went on was amazing!! We visited so many cities and towns with wonderful local guides and had the most lovely food. Our tour leader Khaled was exceptional and all the local guides were insanely knowledgeable. It was so amazing to see so many different sides of the country from the sea, mountains to the old towns (medinas). What a joy this trip was:)!!!

Exceptionally well lead, organised and delivered tour. A wonderful first trip yo Morocco for me and my daughter and an outstanding second trip for my wife. Our Team Leader made sure that we had a good time every time - with just the right balance of "experiences" and guided tours by excellent local guides, and free time for ourselves. Good food everywhere especially when dining with local families and in smaller restaurants. Overall, a 5-Star experience.

The Morocco trip was my third Intrepid trip. The others were Nepal and Patagonia. All three were OUTSTANDING!!! Superb guided and excellent planning. I will be back.

Absolutely excellent trip. Our tour guide, Abdellah, was fantastic - knowledgeable, approachable, and organized. This was my first time in Morocco, and this tour incorporated a bit of everything and I cannot recommend it enough.
