A wonderful tour showcasing so many different aspects of a really interesting country. Some days of long driving but it is a big country ! Good stops along those days and interesting scenery to watch. All made extra special by fantastic guide Jihad.

Morocco is a fabulous country to visit. With vast distances to cover, Intrepid seemed a good option. Overall, loved the trip but Intrepid’s communication re changes very poor, accommodation ranged from superb to dire and isolated lodgings not suitable when food on offer substandard. Local guides were uniformly great.

Loved every minute spent in Morocco, the tour covers many different parts of this wonderful country. Our leader Said was fantastic, and our driver Mustapha was excellent, all the experiences packed into to this tour were wonderful, would definitely travel with Intrepid again.

It's an activity-packed tour, but opt-outs for every activity were well-accommodated by our skillful guide. We didn't want to ride the camel, and a fun 4X4 ride was provided instead (maybe $10). Visiting a nomad family was a highlight. Breakfast buffets were lavish (hope you love olives), and among the healthiest I have ever encountered. This tour was great value for what was provided, partic in the Riad-hotel accomodations.

I highly recommend the Premium Morocco In Depth with Essaouira. Guides Youssef and Sara were both incredible, as was driver Khaled. I felt very safe and the trip gave an excellent overview of Morocco’s culture, food, religion and nature. There were some long days and the whole 18 days were jam packed. Highlight was the Camel ride and overnight stay in the Sahara. Thankyou Intrepid!

Outstanding trip highly recommended never a dull moment

Don’t pass up Essaouira- it was a great ending for our Moroccan holiday.

A very comprehensive itinerary that gives you a good overview of this extremely diverse, multifaceted country. The trip covers a lot of ground, but at the same time it is very well paced, so it didn't feel rushed at any time. Hotels were very nice and each had its own distinctive character. Most meals are included and very good, so even if the price of the trip is high, there's little extra spending money to budget for regarding meals and optional activities. The time spend in shops can be a bit much, but no one was pushy, so overall it was a good experience. Samir, our tour manager, did a great job, providing us with lots of information and also making us all feel as friends traveling together, rather than just a group on a tour.

Great place, quite safe and culturally different from home. Really enjoyed the tour and the extra days we spent in Morocco. Loved the activities such as walking through monkey valley in the Dades, home meals to eat the local specialities, and tours by the local guides. Great food, western toilets always available, and found the whole trip to be excellent

Best trio ever!

We did the Morocco in Depth tour lead by Wahid. It was excellent— we really did get an in depth experience. Wahid was very knowledgeable and made sure we all enjoyed the trip. My friend and I continued on and did the Essaouira extension led by Mohamed. It was a good, relaxing way to end our time in Morocco. We learned a lot from Mohamed and enjoyed his company.

My 18 day Trip to Morocco with Essaouira extension gave a very comprehensive feel for the country and its people . Accommodations were very good and well located . The food was indicative of traditional Moroccan food . The activities including the Desert Camp with Camel ride were outstanding ! I added both a hot air balloon ride & horse back ride and would recommend both .

Both trip leaders were lovely. Rashid and Mohammad were eager to provide information and make everyone’s experience comfortable and enjoyable. I’m happy to have met them and hope everyone gets to experience Morocco

This premium trip is jam packed with some of the most varied architecture, history with a little camel riding thrown in! I am amazed at all the experiences we had, how much I have learned and the lasting memories I will have. Our guide Khalid was awesome… he made sure we never missed a sunset, arranged things so we weren’t crowded or rushed, and was so patient and knowledgeable. He is an excellent ambassador for his country!
