This trip was amazing but what really made it was Matteo! He was an excellent guide and his additions of group dinners each night, a trip to Capri, and a pizza cooking class really rounded out the experience. I cannot recommend this trip enough!

This trip not only exposed the group to the multiple layers of history, but also to the cuisine of Italy. I would not have enjoyed the trip as much as I did were it not for our excellent guide and the group overall, who meshed from the beginning.

Intrepid is the perfect way to travel and experience other cultures. You feel as though you are travelling by yourself using local transport and getting to know locals and the culture. At the same time everything is organised and planned for you and there is no way you would fit so much in or travel so hassle free. Some experiences just would not be known to have. Being in a small group allows you to travel with a tribe in a way that feels supportive and caring and fun!!
