Itinerary
Day 1: Madrid
There are no activities planned until an evening welcome meeting. We recommend arriving a day earlier to explore all that this amazing city has to offer.
Day 2: Madrid/Porto
Day 3: Porto
Head down Allies Avenue to see the French-inspired buildings. Bargain at the Bolhão Market. Wander the city's World Heritage-listed Ribeira district, visit São Francisco church, the palatial former 19th-century stock market Palácio de Bolsa or head to the Clerigos Tower for a panoramic view of the city.
Day 4: Porto/Lisbon
Day 5: Lisbon
Opt to take a day trip into the foothills of the surrounding mountains to Sintra. Get lost in the city's winding streets lined with pastel coloured houses, palaces, majestic gardens and lush forests. It doesn't get more postcard-worthy than this.
Day 6: Lisbon/Évora
Day 7: Évora/Seville
Day 8: Seville
Take the time to see all this great city has to offer. Opt to explore the interiors and gardens of the Alcázar, a magnificent palace dating from Moorish times, or the true heart of Seville, the Santa Cruz quarter— a charming area with winding alleys, picturesque lime-washed houses, flowery patios, and small squares.
Seville is home to the world's largest gothic cathedral — climb the adjoining tower for great views of the city. Other attractions include the Museo Arqueológico, the Casa de Pilates and the Parque de María Luisa, which has a maze of paths, garden beds, pretty little patios, fountains, and shaded lawns.
Day 9: Seville/Tangier
Day 10: Tangier/Chefchaouen
Day 11: Chefchaouen/Fès
Day 12: Fès
Day 13: Fès/Casablanca
Day 14: Casablanca
Day 15: Casablanca/Marrakech

Got to see all that we wanted however at times was a little rushed

So much of the trips success depends on the dynamics of the group. That is beyond your control.. You have a good product but the group dynamic is a crap shoot hence the 8

We felt like we were safe and well supported throughout our experience. In Spain and Portugal we were given more freedom which was fantastic in that we could go off and do our own thing as it was safe, where's in Morocco we had multiple tours/guides included which was better to navigate the hustle and bustle of the moroccan cities. There was a perfect mix of freedom and support throughout the tour.

All the countries were beautiful and it was an amazing experience

All Hotel accommodations were very poor quality even though I understood it was a 'classic' tour. The Hotel in Chefchaueon should be completely removed from the tour. It was dirty, had inadequate or missing lighting, we couldn't drink the water, only two small towels provided for 2 overnight stays for 2 people, no hot water in shower, The hotel in Marakech had the curtains falling off the windows, was dirty, inadequate bedding, he breakfast was very minimal and stale. Overall I rate the hotels and the breakfasts on the entire trip a zero.

This was my fourth trip with G Adventures and have enjoyed them all.

Both of our tour guides were excellent. Oscar was amazing and showed us all the small local places along with keeping us safe and happy on the tour. Yacine was awesome as well and made us all feel welcomed and safe on our trip.

Would highly recommend. I liked that the hotels were very central and the balance between free time and time with the group was great.
