Day 1: Paro Airport to Thimphu
Day 2: Thimphu
In the evening, visit the Tashi Chhoedzong, known as the "Fortress of Glorious Religion", initially built in 1702. Today, it houses the main secretariat building, the central monk body, and the office of the king.
Day 3: Thimphu/Punākha
Day 4: Punākha/Paro
Day 5: Paro
Day 6: Paro

When meals are not included, your tour leader (where available) will be happy to help with restaurant recommendations, bookings, and directions. You are responsible for your personal belongings throughout the tour. You will need to carry your own bags between the vehicle and your hotel room. Drivers will assist with loading and unloading luggage from the vehicle.

This tour requires an Average level of fitness. Activities are paced gently and include leisure time. You may be expected to join guided walks of up to one hour, navigate short stairways and mild inclines, and manage your own luggage. You should also be able to board and exit all transport without assistance.

I will use this to talk about something that I thought wasn't done well. This is only my second GAdventures trip so I am not that familiar with it. I travelled as a solo traveler both times, and both times I wanted and expected a single room.

Bhutan is a great country to visit and it was enhanced by going with g adventures as we could cover alot of ground in a short amount of time.

GAdventures made my experience in Bhutan very special. I'd been wanting to visit this country for a long time and the itinerary allowed us to see the best of it.

Bhutan is an incredible country and hasn’t been tarnished by western tourism. It’s an amazing country and full of amazing people in a place that is proud of its culture. G put on an incredible tour and I would highly recommend it.
