The rest of the day belongs to you. Explore, bop around, and experience Kotor as you wish. Even if that means laying low at the hostel with a few friends, we won't judge, in fact, the best moments often happen when you least expect them. Cat lovers rejoice! Because Kotor has their very own Cat Museum you can visit. Not feeling an afternoon of felines? That's ok, walk into the impressive interior of St. Nicholas' Church, hop on a boat and visit Our Lady of the Rocks, or book an excursion to Blue Cave for a bucket-list worthy swim spot.

Because this type of travel gives you unforgettable moments, you see a lot of great things in a short time and get to know a lot of new people.

The CEO was knowledgeable and super helpful. Great travelling with like minded people, we had a great age range and everyone got along.

The reason why I gave it a 9 out of 10 score was I did enjoy this tour itself. This was my first group tour and exceeded my expectations.
09/25/2023
I like the guided tour and really like that G Adventures uses local guides however I did not like that the trip had new people join while others left. It felt like there was a bit of segregation between old people and new people hoping the tour and because of the large number of people it is hard to get to know everyone. I also thought some of the hostels were not that nice considering it is with Hostelworld (location and quality). My sister and I were also told we could use a 10% discount and the person we spoke with said they would try to apply the discount after we booked. After we booked we did not hear from anyone about getting our discount applied so I called back in which I was informed we couldn't use the discount. I was upset with that as we were told we could use it and had already booked the trip. Overall, the tour guide was very helpful and knowledgeable and loved that it was a local showing us around however I think Roamies tours themselves need some improvement.
09/25/2023
The primary reason is, that travelling with a group this big (23 people) in hostels ist not for everyone
09/25/2023
Roamies was a great way to travel an area that I had no knowledge of. I met lots of great people, the itinerary was the perfect balance of seeing lots without rushing through places, the price was perfect for travelling on a budget and the whole experience was really relaxing and easygoing.

Our guide was amazing but the booking process and some of the hostels were not as expected. Firstly, when me and my sister booked we had a discount code from our phone provider and we were told to book it now and we',d get the discount later because there was an issue, but when we called again days later we were told it wasn't valid at all, which I wish we were told from the start. A lot of information wasn't avalible such as which hostels we were staying at, it wasn't clear what time we should try to book our flights to meet everyone until a week before, the information for everything was really hard to find and I was never told about the pdf with the packing list until I called to ask. Also I had assumed the hostel rooms would be with all G Adventures guests but there were a few that had random people in the room and I wish it was stated somewhere easy to find (if at all). The trip itself was great and the guide made it very easy to see everything we wanted to but if I were to book another trip in the future I doubt it would be with G Adventures just because of the booking process and lack of information prior to the trip.

Great guide. I would perhaps change the accommodation in Albania.
09/18/2023
Not a high quality of the hostels. Nice to meet other people
09/18/2023
It is an amazing way to travel without stress Also make some incredible friends along the way
09/18/2023
Overall I give the trip 8 out of 10. It was a really great experience that I would recommend, and our guide Justyna in particular made the trip truly unforgettable, but there were individual points that stood out negatively, which is why I can't give full marks. A negative aspect, for example, was that the hostels in Rome, Split, Dubrovnik and Korkula were not close to the center and you sometimes had to walk up to 40 minutes to get to the center. The hostel on Corfu is a half-hour bus ride from the center and you are let out on the mountain and then have to walk another 30 minutes down a very steep path through the forest to get to the hostel. With heavy luggage this is unreasonable. The hostel offers transfer for 3 euros per person, which is not included in the G Adventures price. If a hostel is chosen that is far from civilization and a transfer is offered for a very small price, then I expect this to be included in the travel price, as it is an absolute unreasonable expectation for the group to spend 30 minutes in the dark with luggage to run down a steep mountain. Otherwise I can only complain about the cleanliness of the hostel in Albania, there is definitely room for improvement.

Everything was well organized for the group
08/28/2023
This is my second tour with Roamies, and I think there are better companies out there for tours, although it is still a great option.
08/28/2023
- Very different quality of the hostels. Bed bug cases. + A lot of freetime. Nice activities.
08/28/2023
I had an amazing time, i loved the flexibility of choosing what I wanted to do, while also having accom and travel all sorted.
07/31/2023
Overall I enjoyed the trip, but it was rarely down to anything that G/Hostelworld put into place. A few of the hostels were lovely and the hosts too but majority of the time I felt let down by the quality of the hostels, despite their 9*s on Hostelworld it felt like they weren't vetted.
07/31/2023
I would recommend G Adventures. I would not recommend booking a Roamies tour because some accommodations weren't great. I understand that this is a 'discount' tour, but the hostel in Rome did not have AC (during the hottest day of the year), and a lot of the hostels were located far outside of the center of the city where everything was located. I did have a great time, though, and I would totally book a G Adventures tour again.
07/31/2023
The trip was mostly well organised and a very good experience but the accommodation was almost always about a half an hour walk from the main city/town. Additionally, the itinerary could be tweaked to allow more time in some places/visit different places

Made travelling easier

The ease of going on holiday and having everything sorted for you. The friendliness of the tour leaders and taking the solo out of solo travelling
