I was very impressed with the CEO, Krzysztof Zalewski.

Major snafu with snorkelling excursion. Turns out G Adventures either did not book it or did not arrange transportation. Then lied and said it was canceled for weather. We showed up a day early just for that excursion and were extremely disappointed.

When I arrived to the hotel, the reception desk had no information regarding the meetup place. They stated the ?host? of the event did not confirm or send them an email for instructions. The host of the event changed last minute and luckily I had a roommate that had met some of the other participants on the group so we were able to meet them in the lobby. I had no idea we would be joining a group that had already begun their tour a few days ago. Our new host was super nice and local but also had no idea how G Adventures worked. So I felt like there was a lack of communication and organization. I felt like I had wasted money and could have booked my own independent tours for the 3 days.

It was overall a great experience that was very well organized, and was exactly as described which was a great relief particularly as a solo travel who is new to G Adventures. I felt so safe and I was so glad about that.
