It was an overall great experience, with just the right balance of guided excursions and time on our own. But mostly, our travel guide was exceptional, well informed and very organized. The trips we went on as a group were spectacular, and there was never a glitch in getting us there despite all of the trains, buses and boats! It was so much fun!

It was nice to have someone else organizing travel plans and hotels. Most things went fairly smoothly and the hotels were nice enough. It was also nice to have a group of people to travel with. My only critique of the tour is that there wasn't a lot of information before the tour began about timing. If you wanted to book an activity the day you arrive in a town it was hard to know what time to plan for until we had a chance to discuss it with the CEO.
