What types of tours are available?
We've teamed up with some of the biggest names in travel-G Adventures, Intrepid Travel, and The Travel Corporation (including Contiki, Trafalgar, and Insight Vacations). Together, they cover every corner of the globe with guided, multi-day tours in all styles and flavours.
Just so you know: while you book through us, the tours themselves are run by the operators. You'll see their name when you book, and it'll also be on your confirmation docs. The tour operator’s terms and conditions apply to all tours, in addition to the information in your confirmation docs.
What destinations do you offer?
What's included in the tour?
Each trip has its own inclusions, but most cover:
- Accommodation
- Ground transport
- Daily breakfasts (plus some extra meals)
- Expert local guides
At the moment, all available tours are “tour-only”. These tours do not include any flights or transfers. You will be need to arrange yourown transport to and from the designated departure and arrival points.
Are flights included?
Flights aren't bundled in the list price. You can book flights separately at Webjet Flights. Tip: only book your flights once your tour is fully confirmed.
What are the age requirements?
Most tours are open to travellers 18+, unless it's a family or senior-friendly trip. Some brands (like Contiki) have age caps, so check the details on the individual tour page before you book. Webjet will not be able to confirm your booking if the age requirements are not met.
What does "tour difficulty level" mean?
Every trip is graded so you know what you're signing up for:
- Relaxed: Easy sightseeing, minimal walking
- Easy: Light walking, suitable for all fitness levels
- Moderate: Longer walks, hills, or longer travel days
- Strenuous: Tough stuff-ideal for very fit, experienced travellers
How do I find the right tour?
We give you smart tools to help narrow it down:

- Filter by duration, style, departure date, activities, or operator
- Compare up to three tours side-by-side to weigh up itineraries, inclusions, and price
How do I book a tour?
Easy:
- Search for your trip.
- Select the tour and date you want.
- Hit "Book Now" and add traveller details.
- Pay securely with your credit card.
Booking & Payment Process
How does the booking process work?
- You pop in your booking request and card details.
- We place a temporary hold on your card (not a charge).
- We confirm with the tour operator-this can take up to 72 hours.
- Once confirmed, the hold turns into a charge.
- You'll then get your confirmation email and travel docs.
Final travel documents (itinerary, vouchers, contact details) are emailed about 2-3 weeks before departure, once your payment's received.
What happens if my booking can't be confirmed?
If the operator can't lock it in within 72 hours, your card hold is released-no charge. We'll let you know straight away.
Can I book for a group or customise a tour?
We currently don't support private groups or custom itineraries for 4+ travellers.
Can I join late or leave early?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no-it depends on the operator. Contact us in advance to check.
Additional fees and charges?
Additional costs, may be incurred based on your departure date. Examples of additional costs include visa costs, government taxes and levies. These charges are outside our control and remain the responsibility of the traveller. Travel during certain periods may be subject to seasonal surcharges and blackout dates, which vary depending on the chosen travel dates.
What payment methods do you accept?
At present, we only accept Visa Credit Card and Mastercard Credit Card.
Changes & Cancellations
What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
Each operator has their own policies. Reach out to our support team and we'll guide you through your options.
What if my tour is cancelled by the operator?
You'll be offered the choice of a full refund, new dates, or a similar trip instead. We'll help you sort it all out
What if I can't travel?
Cancellation policies vary by tour provider. You can find copies of the tour provider’s terms and conditions (including cancellation policies) here. Please contact us or check with your tour provider.

Confirmation & Documents
When will I receive my travel documents?
Once your booking's confirmed and charged-usually within 72 hours-you'll get:
- Tour confirmation
- Operator contact info
- Emergency numbers
- Pre-departure instructions
Your final detailed pack (with vouchers, itinerary, and more) will arrive 2-3 weeks before you go.
Do I need to print my documents?
Most tours accept mobile vouchers, but please check the instructions in your confirmation email. Some providers may require printed documents.
